B6199 • Biogas Expert

B6199 (Type II, 1150g/m²) is a direct weldable membrane double side PVC coated high tenacity woven fabric. The coating layers are specially formulated for biogas plants requiring advanced chemical and biological resistances, which are processing highly corrosive, animal by-products and greasy sludge feedstocks. The membrane has low permeability against methane and contains additives to protect against bacterial digestion, corrosion, thermal and UV degradations for durable performances. The membrane is flame retardant. It is useable for both inner membrane (gas barrier) and outer membrane (structural skin) purposes.
