The range of Sioen biogas membranes is produced according to 4 cutting-edge technologies, each one of them contributing to sustainable and durable membranes.
Our ranges Expert, Tras and Master are produced on AI-driven direct coating lines with a unique 11-position application method. Polyester woven fabrics, coating paste and varnish are bound together for life as the unique technology ensures that the paste enters deeply into the pores of the fabric. This guarantees that there is no delamination and better mechanical properties. But most importantly, this offers great durability and thus longer lasting products. A longer lasting membrane prevents overuse of resources and reduces waste.
