E8612 (Type IV, 1350g/m²) is a professional-grade, direct weldable, double side PVC-coated, high-tenacity woven fabric designed specifically for biogas plants. Its advanced coating layers provide superior chemical and biological resistance, making it ideal for processing highly corrosive, animal by-products, and greasy sludge feedstocks. The membrane is also highly resistant to methane, and contains additives to protect against bacterial digestion, corrosion, thermal, and UV degradation for long-lasting performance. In addition, it is flame retardant, making it the perfect choice as an inner membrane (gas barrier) purpose.
